What is Life Coaching?
In my experience of seeing my own life coach it has been getting to the core of what is going on for me in my life in that moment.
I work with my clients in this way too.
I take you from where you are now to where you want to be as quickly as possible. This could be in your career, love, relationships, spirituality, parenting and more.
Life is about growing and changing and as we change so do our circumstances and challenges.
While Life coaching does go back into your past, we do work with the present and move forward. We use the past to understand the present and create the future with a plan of action.
What I found was the more energy and work I put in the greater my results. The more you put in, the more you get back.
It’s not always easy and the work can be done on your own, but working with a coach can make the process so much faster.
With my health coaching and food knowledge and that I had to work through my own emotional eating challenges, my special areas of interest are helping people overcome:
– binge eating
– uncontrollable eating
– emotional eating
– yoyo dieting
– dealing with constant cravings
– obsessed with food in an unhealthy way
– obsessed with eating healthy foods which is limiting and ruining your life
– hate your body
– punish your body
Also work with me in other areas such as:
Are you not certain if this is the right relationship for you?
Want to improve your relationship with your partner and anyone else who is in your life? (Family, friends, etc)
Do you feel like there is something missing in your life?
Are you confused about your beliefs or what to believe?
Are you unhappy in your job?
Want to do something that you are passionate about but don’t know how to do it?
You know you have better things to do on this planet but just unsure what that is?
Food issues are not merely about food. Overeating, binge eating, endless dieting and emotional eating are often connected to other domains of life: relationships, career, money, love, sexuality, spirituality, family, parenting, our purpose in the world and so much more.” – Marc David and Emily Rosen
