The Thrive and Shine Whole-Foods, Plant-Based program is an 8 week guided program to eat a healthier vegan diet to look and feel amazing.
I love to eat in a more natural way. It helped me to heal and feel happy and confident again. I’ve also seen how it’s help others to heal and I know it is possible for you too.
Food and diet has been so complicated and we need to bring it back to basics. As tasty as some processed food can be, it has very little nutrients and is not what is going to help us thrive and live a vibrant life.
This program is for you if you:
- would like to eat a plant based diet but don’t know how
- you want to continue eating animal products but would like to eat more whole plant foods
- are vegan or vegetarian but don’t look or feel as vibrant as you would like, but don’t want to have to eat animal products again
- you are confused with what to eat as a vegan.
- you always reach for the same food and are bored with it
- you want the tools to be able to keep your relationships while still eating plant foods
- want to know how to cook for a family who want to still eat meat
I take you on a journey of adding in and replacing foods that will be beneficial for you. We’ll uncover which foods work for you and which do not.
I’ll help you feel confident to make healthy plant-based food choices, knowing that you are getting all the nutrients you need to lead a happy and healthy life.
