My name is Gail and I’m a certified holistic health coach. I’ll be guiding you through this restorative, 11-day transformation.
I’ve struggled with joint pain, had adult acne, constipation and other digestive issues, been anxious and depressed, been a sleepwalker, have been an emotional eater, completely lost self confidence and self esteem, and felt lost and confused about who I am and what I am doing in this life.
I have been a coach for 10 years helping people to get through their challenges, achieve their goals and get through their physical health ailments.
I thrive off seeing my clients make positive changes in their life. I love seeing people ‘click’, and go out and do what they are meant to be doing. I love seeing people transform in their body and become happy and healthy again.
